Introduction
After having defined the information problem and formulated search questions ,you will now have to think up search terms. Using the right search terms is very important. You may be used to entering some search terms in a search engine such as Google. If this does not immediately lead to finding the information you are looking for, you might mistakenly think that the information is not available. Thinking up search terms in a structured way before starting a search will yield far better search results.
N.B. search terms are part of your search plan, the plan you draw up before you start searching. A search plan consists of: search question, search terms, information resources en search method.
